• Handling of shift operations as per production schedule with optimum cleanliness, Quality standards and cost effectiveness.
• Mange Operators and workers as per requirement.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and additives for the shift, ensure Product results are within the standards. Minimize deviation in flavour standard.
• Ensure compliance of Health & Safety measures as per the company health & safety policy.
• Have an efficient liaison with other units of the Brewery.
• Carryout filtration and brewing activities according to standard procedure.
• Carrying out all the process activities maintaining minimum losses of beer, water and energy.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance work and ensuring regular maintenance works of machinery and equipment in brew house and beer processing units in consultation with Engineering Division.
• Preparation of departmental reports as per requirement.
