Brand Development Executive

Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years

Work experience as a Brand Development Executive or similar role in Digital Marketing
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
Strong copy-writing skills with ability to produce compelling copy
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
Personal two wheeler for daily commute will be a plus
5 days work week (Saturday - Sunday holiday)

Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
Writing engaging content for a variety of audiences
Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and other platforms to expand social media audience base
Craft differentiation strategy and conduct competitive research
Designing promotional campaigns for new products
Assess the performance of advertising campaigns and events
Develop social media strategy and a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends
Brief our creative team about marketing projects they’ll be working on
Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behavior to define company’s positioning
