Beauty Scents, established in the year 1998 is a member of the Bahety Group of Companies. With a brand portfolio of over 100+ brands, BS is the preferred retail partner for International brands foraying the emerging and challenging Nepali Market.

After being in business for almost six year's, our team has established excellent bond with all the leading perfume and cosmetic retailers, providing our clients, brands and products with over 50 of the highest quality doors across the country. With growing accessibility and reach, we aim to bridge the gap between the brands and their target market.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all products and channels.
  • Plan and oversee the successful launch of new Perfumes, Skincare and Cosmetics including market analysis, competitive research, and defining unique selling propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all aspects of the business.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and adaptation of brand strategies.
  • Manage the brand's marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different campaigns, initiatives, and projects while ensuring optimal ROI.
