Job Description

Reports to: Senior Communication Manager

Position Summary:

Apala Jewels is seeking a motivated and versatile Brand Communication and HR Associate to support our Senior Communication Manager. This multi-faceted role involves coordinating human resource functions, liaising with external marketing agencies, and ensuring excellent client service. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture, assist in recruitment and employee engagement, and play a key role in supporting brand management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage recruitment support from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Post job vacancies on platforms.
  • Organize quarterly team-building activities and festive events.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns timely and supportively.
  • Maintain employee records and celebrate work anniversaries.
  • Keep HR resources and data updated.
  • Schedule interviews and report candidate progress.
  • Respond professionally to emails.

Brand Coordination:

  • Maintain and update task sheets for marketing agencies.
  • Participate in weekly meetings on brand plans and strategies with agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance dashboards and share insights.
  • Act as a liaison between Apala and external agencies for smooth coordination.
  • Support shoot scheduling and creative feedback collection.
  • Assist in the execution of internal brand events.

Client Interaction and Support:

  • Act as a secondary host and assist clients as per requirement during their visits to Apala Jewels, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage client inquiries on Meta platforms and WhatsApp if needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on client-related concerns.
