Job Description

As a Brand and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of brand, marketing, and merchandising activities across multiple consumer electronics and lifestyle brands. Your responsibilities include assisting in planning marketing activities, managing brand assets, ensuring accurate in-store merchandising and website content, following brand guidelines, supporting retailers with sales initiatives, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely project execution.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for consumer electronics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. This role offers exposure to international brands, opportunities for rapid career growth, and hands-on experience in marketing and brand management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning processes and contribute with your knowledge and understanding of the market, customer and brand needs.
  • Manage asset banks for multiple brands and assist in streamlining workflows to ensure efficient access, organization, and utilization of brand materials.
  • Ensure the company website is consistently updated with accurate information, visuals, and product details to maintain brand integrity and relevance.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s brands and products to effectively deliver presentations, trainings, and other brand communications.
  • Ensure the successful and on time delivery of promotional, marketing, new product and merchandising projects.
  • Ensure in-store merchandising and branding are executed accurately and consistently, maintaining proper brand presentation and alignment with company standards.
  • Assist external retailers with sales support and provide necessary brand assets, collaborating closely with them to maximize sales performance
  • Confidently deliver product training for new brands and products to internal stakeholders.
  • Submit regular reports on activities and performance for planning and review.
  • Efficiently coordinate with external vendors for merchandising, events, and other brand-related activities to ensure timely execution and quality delivery.
