Job summary

Develop new business through selling, marketing activities and expansion of agency networks. Manage the daily activities of the branch office, with duties such as insurance claim processing, marketing, and underwriting. Hire, train, and monitor the performance of insurance agents. Provide updates regarding operating results, insurance trends, and competitor methods.

Requirements:

Minimum graduate degree with at least 3 years work experience in branch management, marketing and sales preferably in the area of insurance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage robust and profitable agency distribution network
Having strong personality with the power of convincing and good knowledge in B2B sales
Lead team to achieve sales and market target
Candidate must have working knowledge of MS Office applications
