Required Experience and Qualification:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant and progressive work experience in financial institutions with focus in Credit, Marketing, Trade Finance and Branch Management. Candidates must have ability to manage in a geographically and culturally diverse environment and be responsible for business growth of branch office maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Candidates with previous work experience as Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager in financial institutions inside and / or outside Kathmandu Valley shall be preferred.
Candidates should also have sound working knowledge of Central Bank Directives and Circulars.
Candidates applying for the position must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business related field from recognized university.

Note: Applicants having computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is preferred.

The shortlisted candidates will need to appear in selection procedures as per the bank’s rule.
