Job Description

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality migration services.
  • Develop and execute branch strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on migration and family sponsorship processes to clients.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, legal experts, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for the head office.
  • Drive business growth through marketing, networking, and community engagement initiatives.
