Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Kathmandu office. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Drive the branch to meet and exceed yearly sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

Business Development:

Identify new market opportunities, establish partnerships, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to expand the branch's reach in Nepal.

Team Management & Training:

Mentor and train a team of education consultants, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional client service.
