Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager for our 4 Wheels division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of sales, service, and spare parts operations within the branch. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead the sales team to drive new business, maintain existing customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.

Service Management:

  • Oversee the service department to ensure efficient and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.
  • Implement and maintain service standards and protocols to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Spare Parts Management:

  • Manage the spare parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and distribution.
  • Ensure availability of spare parts to meet customer needs and minimize downtime for vehicle repairs.
  • Implement strategies to optimize spare parts sales and profitability.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of competence and customer service.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for sales, service, and spare parts departments.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve branch profitability.

Customer Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve services.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in sales, service, and spare parts operations.
