We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager for our 4 Wheels division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of sales, service, and spare parts operations within the branch. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in the automotive industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Lead the sales team to drive new business, maintain existing customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Oversee the service department to ensure efficient and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Implement and maintain service standards and protocols to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Spare Parts Management:
- Manage the spare parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and distribution.
- Ensure availability of spare parts to meet customer needs and minimize downtime for vehicle repairs.
- Implement strategies to optimize spare parts sales and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of competence and customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
- Develop and manage budgets for sales, service, and spare parts departments.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve branch profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve services.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in sales, service, and spare parts operations.

- Salary: 50K + Incentives or Negotiable.
