  • Must have excellent organizational, administrative and leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.

    Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics from recognized university.

    Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.

    Job Description

    • Deposit Marketing: Analyze potential deposit market to increase the scope of branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with the customers to secure future transaction with them.
    • Credit Marketing: Analyze potential loan market to increase the scope of branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with the customers to secure future transaction with them.
    • Supervising subordinates: Supervising and utilizing subordinates for ensuring effective performance which essentially should include succession planning Job Rotation Planning, Delegation of Authority and Performance Appraisal of every individual based on JD, timing, intelligence, loyalty, given target, discipline, etc.
    • Co-ordination: Coordinate with Head Office and respective departments of the Head Office (Account, BCC, Credit, CAD, Risk, Legal, Operations) for day to day operations, smooth credit portfolio creation, and reporting of performance about meetings, decision, NRB Rules and Regulation and also discussing the operational difficulties and market scenario.
