Job Description

  • Efficient daily operation of a branch office including operations, share trading, product sales, customer service and look after the safety/security measure of the branch
  • Identify potential threats and opportunity in the market through regular updates on competition and control them
  • Represent the management's vision and corporate guidelines to the team and ensure adherence to the same
  • Develop action plan, implement them and monitor progress to ensure profitability of the branch
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with client, prospects & key stakeholders and maintain the brand image of the organization
  • Collaborate with head office, branch office and other departments to achieve company-wide objectives.
  • Implement and maintain effective risk management practices
  • Monitor and manage branch expenses to ensure financial goals are met

Job Specification

  • Masters Level Completed with specialization on Finance/ Business Development / Business Administration or related management field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Financial Industry (Banks/Stock Brokerage Firm/Finance Company etc.), preferable in a leadership role. Preference shall be given to the candidate having significant experience from Stock Brokerage Firm
  • Extensive knowledge of stock market and financial industry
  • Strong leadership & management skills, with ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills along with strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with client and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
