Towa Engineering Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering design and service center invested by IMAC Engineering Co. Ltd., Tokyo, Japan with 100% foreign owned capital. TEN was established in the year 2012 AD, presently located in Tripureshwor-11, Kathmandu. We have Plant Engineering Design and Architecture Design Department for Japanese outsource cad works.Under well experienced Japanese leader, fresh graduate mechanicals are taking on job training for piping designs whereas under the command of 16 years experience in Japan and 2nd level of Japanese Architecture, Nepalese architects are designing outsource work. The other objective of TEN is to provide career planning to Nepalese fresh graduate engineers.

Job Description

  • Direct all operational aspects including customer service, human resources, administration, and sales  
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective opportunities  
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans 
  • Meet goals and metrics 
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately  
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation 
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities 
  • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs  
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly 
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws  
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company 
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
