SNSCSL head office is located at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-29, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. Job Description

  • Responsible for managing the Branch Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area, implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the office as part of the organizational overall strategic plan
  • Ensuring the office's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements directly supervising assigned personnel
  • Communicating properly and effectively with management and staff personnel & providing periodic reports
  • Manage the Branch Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area
  • Implementing strategies to achieve goals assigned to the office as established in the Organizational overall strategic plan, assists in the development of the annual budget plan
  • Organize, schedule, and distribute work among assigned personnel and ensure proper branch staff levels to meet customer need
  • Actively participate in community organizations and activities in a manner which reflects favorably on the organization
