Job Description

  • Meet budgeted target
  •  Drive sales and achieve new business and renewal targets through various channels specially agent creation
  •  Plan and carry out marketing and client engagement activities to prospective clients.
  •  Access local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  •  To evaluate performance and monitor activities for deeper market penetration and improved market share.
  •  Ensuring that all the insurance policies under the branch are renewed on time and premium is paid up.
  •  To provide & maintain, on an ongoing basis, a daily sales report, figures, forecasting & any other records which may be required by the Management to keep up-to-date records of sales & performance.
  •  Study and analyze business prospect/viability of opening sub-branches and recommend to concerned authority for expanding the service.
  • Preference shall be given to candidates having experinec in life insurance sector, sales & marketing, teaching
