  • Post graduate (MBA preferred) with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of  international student recruitment and test preparation industry
  • Experience in a similar role is a must

  • Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills

Job Description

  • Handle, operate and control the branch office operations
  • Responsible for branch staff training and development
  • Planning, budgeting and executing strategies to achieve departmental and branch goals
  • Looking after day to day operational concerns.
  • Continual assessment, development and implementation of areas of improvement within the team, with our service levels and with processes in consultation with the management
  • Responsible for branch profitability and growth of revenue
  • Ensuring compliance to company as well as applicable provider policies
  • Timely follow up and reporting to the management
  • Expected to bring out new ideas and approaches for Business Development and services, working closely with Business head
  • Ensuring a first-class experience for students, parents and Channel partners
  • Maintain high team standards of integrity, ethics and ensuring streamlined operations
  • Providing market and industry insight and intelligence
  • Supporting commercial and strategic student recruitment priorities
  • Ensuring student recruitment targets are met
