Ensure that the given annual target of the branch in terms of business volume and profit will be met
Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of the branch operation
Ensure proper co-ordination among the various departments of the branch
Co-ordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance
Assess customers’ need for internet connection to be granted by analyzing the need assessment of the client
Develop marketing strategies and marketing plan for the Branch and monitor progress of the same
Assist and provide inputs to the planning and Marketing & Promotion, Retail Sales & Institutional Sales team for strategic scouting
Carry out any other job/task as instructed by the Management of the Company
Co-ordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance. Function as a contact point to better streamline the clients’ requests
Manage recruitment, attrition & ramp up of new employees to ensure no impact on branch operations due to attrition / absenteeism of staff
