Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Boutique Operations & Digital Sales Executive to manage daily boutique operations, customer sales, online platforms, product promotion, and basic graphic design for our baby and mother fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front-store operations and customer service
Handle sales, billing, orders, and stock
Respond to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
Manage basic Meta activities and social media posting and product upload in website
Create simple graphics and promotional content using Canva
Coordinate online orders and daily store activities
Maintain sales/order records and support overall boutique operations

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, Garment Technology, Apparel, or a related field.
3 years of relevant experience in garments, textiles, fashion, retail, or apparel-related roles.
Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics, garment construction, sizing, measurements, and fitting, with excellent attention to detail.
Good computer skills, including MS Office, data entry, and digital/order management systems.
Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
