Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled accountant for multiple companies, who can fulfill the following responsibilities:

Handle daily bookkeeping and data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
Help simultaneously with administration and HR-related issues.
Handle petty cash and report to the line manager once a week.
Maintain inventory and stocks as per company pattern.
Prepare and record all bank deposits and withdrawals.
Code, record, and issue payments to vendors, following company procedures regarding proper authorization and internal controls surrounding distribution.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements of all banks monthly.
Engage in the payment of payroll taxes and other taxes to the tax office.
Engage in the collection of quotations and other procurement documents.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls.
Communicate with vendors, consultants and colleagues as needed.
Assist the Manager, Director and President with other tasks as required.
Work closely with the assigned line manager.
