Job Description

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures on patient samples accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Communicate test results to healthcare professionals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to strict safety and quality control protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and procedures in the field of medical laboratory technology.
  • Train and mentor other laboratory staff.
  • Follow all HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
