About the job

A blockchain developer is required for a project with the following requirements:

• Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization with ERC-20 standards.
• Ensure compatibility with popular Ethereum wallets.
• Gas fees optimization.
• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts.
• Implement a voting mechanism allowing token holders to vote on key decisions.
• Automated dividend distribution.
• Develop a staking mechanism where users can stake their tokens.
• Create lock in mechanism for specific investors for a time period, i.e. they cannot sell for a certain time after launch.
• Collaborate with the dev team to integrate with existing web2 platform, where admin and user can perform some operations.

An ideal candidate is someone who has successfully executed similar projects before. They must provide valid references and demo the project if it is still live.
