Job Description

To have Minimum 2 to 3 yrs. experience as Block In charge.
To develop a creative learning environment across the school, demonstrate a good leadership quality and possess excellent interpersonal communication skill.
To have enough knowledge on progressive education system.
To understand the importance of school education in child development. Giving emphasizes of mental. Social, physical and overall development aspects.
To have broad knowledge on psychomotor learning skills i.e. cognitive function and physical movement.
To have adequate knowledge on Activity-Research-Project based learning approaches.
To have understanding, knowledge and enthusiasm to be able to develop a good rapport with parents, teacher, students and school management.
To act as facilitator in school, able to translate the school’s vision for creative learning into practical implementation.
To be able to multitask, ranging from supervising creative lesson plans, weekly appraisal, assessing the daily progress.
To be able to organize activities such as excursions, camps, industrial visits, and any other curriculum related events

Note : The Secondary Block In-Charge will be working as Head of Department for English Subject.
