Job Specification, Required Experience, and Expected Knowledge:

Technical education with experience of 3-4 years or Bachelor’s degree with experience of more than 1 years
Sufficiently good working knowledge of excel
Should have knowledge of standard weight of steels, etc
Should have knowledge of Fabrication & erection activities

Job Description:

Candidates must have experience in Quantity surveying, billing for Equipment erections, Piping fabrication & erection works, structure fabrication & erection, painting, insulation, and all related activities to Mechanical etc.
Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q) preparation & analysis, Rate Analysis, quantity surveying, Finalization & coordination with Contractors.
Calculating the quantity of materials from the drawings in advance to facilitate the purchasing of items
Reconciliation between estimated quantity and contractor's billed quantity.
Responsible for reviewing drawings in AUTO CADD and workout Quantities from AutoCAD drawings. Must be able to coordinate all AUTO CADD drawings received from design team & various consultants
Prepare regular MIS reports on time & Highlight adverse schedule and cost variances for corrective actions

Experience on Project shall be most preferred.
