KFA was established in July 2001 and is contributing in the areas of Education, Training & Consulting.

The Academic wing of KFA, KFA Business School has been a competitive player in the field of Academics, especially with its highly innovative and unique teaching in BHM and MBA.

In BHM, we practice the experiential learning, project-based approach and innovative teaching modality as a whole to provide students with the necessary competencies to function effectively as Leaders in the hospitality sector.

Following the innovative teaching modality, KFA BHM has developed 10 strong pillars where Integrated Practical Approach (IPA) is one of the most important ones. Under IPA, the theoretical classes and practical sessions are run parallelly so that the students can immediately understand the practical implications of what they’ve learned in their theoretical classes.

In order to lead and implement our unique teaching modality in BHM, We are looking for an innovative, energetic and skilled human resource in the position of BHM Coordinator.

  • Proficient in MS Office

Job Description

  • Planning and coordination of program and its activities
  • Ensuring implementation of policies and practices
  • Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions
  • Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
  • Support growth and program development
  • Students overall well-being
  • Communicate with Hotels for domestic internship
  • Conduct and monitor effectiveness practical sessions
