Job Description

Drive Sales Performance – Monitor, analyze, and achieve sales targets across all cosmetic retail outlets.
Set & Review Targets – Align store goals with business objectives and create improvement plans for underperforming outlets.
Ensure Brand Standards – Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and product display in line with brand guidelines.
Manage Stock Levels – Oversee inventory to prevent overstock or shortages.
Conduct Store Visits – Regularly assess operational compliance and customer service quality.
Lead & Coach Teams – Train and mentor store managers and beauty advisors to enhance skills and performance.
Enhance Customer Experience – Ensure exceptional service, handle escalations, and implement service recovery.
Implement Promotions & Campaigns – Drive sales through effective marketing, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
Analyze & Report – Prepare performance reports, track trends, and recommend strategy adjustments.
Stay Updated on Trends – Monitor cosmetics industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
