Position Summary:

Aakash Tel is hiring motivated and result-driven BD/Sales Officer to join our growing team. The BD/Sales Officer will be responsible for pitching our product and services, understanding client requirement and guiding them until the deal is cracked. We welcome candidates who are persuasive, energetic, and ready to go to extra mile to ensure customer satisfactions and companies revenue growth.

 Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential client through cold calls, visits, emails, networking and other lead generation activities.
• Deliver sales presentation and product demonstration to potential clients while highlighting the value and benefits of our solution.
• Effectively negotiate pricing and contract terms ensuring mutual benefits.
• Maintain accurate record of sales activities , client interactions and client status. 
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience and feedback.

Specifications:

•  Strong understanding of software products (SaaS products would be a plus).
• Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets
• Aptitude in Communication, Presentation, Persuasion and Negotiation Skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term and client relationships.
• Must own two -wheeler with license.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 experience is software sales preferably in SaaS based software industry.
