Department: QA/QC Team

Job Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu

Job Description:

• Work with senior management on improving the overall quality of product
• Prepare, execute and report tests strategies and processes
• Manage and lead the testing team
• Train the team for test execution, documentation, and reporting
• Manage testing schedules and manage documentation
• Report senior management and cross-functional team
• Work with other departments on release management

Job Specification:

• 5+ years’ experience in QA/QC or related field
• 2+ years’ experience managing the QA/QC team
• At least a Bachelors Degree of education in a relevant field. 
• Relevant training or academics in the QA/QC field preferred
• Working knowledge of manual and automated testing
• Be able to work off-hours on release date and product rollouts
