Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing cocktails, house specialties and preparation of beverages including coffee and juices
• Maintain par stock and assist in generating inventory reports
• Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages
• Up sell drink specials and food items as directed by management
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas at all times
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the manager
• Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for Mixing beverages and serving guests
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Follow all cash handling procedures as per hotel standard
• Perform Other duties as and when assigned by the hotel management

Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Bartending
• Must be able to multi task, work under pressure and do long/split shift duties as and when required on weekends and public holidays
• Highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented
• A good team player with excellent leadership capabilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, both oral and written
• Honesty and Integrity
