We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced or aspiring, and passionate individual, male or female, to join our dedicated team and do the following day-to-day duties. 

• Prepare industry-standard bubble/Boba tea and hot or cold beverages.
• Knowledge of ice cream sundaes, smoothies, and exotic tea is a plus.
• Willing to learn and experiment with existing or new drink menu items.
• Excellent understanding of coffee and tea preparation techniques, brewing methods, and culinary art.
• Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction.
• Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences.
• Attending customers and kitchen staff whenever needed.
• Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines, inventory management, basic bookkeeping, and day-end reporting.
• Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Educational qualification is NO BAR.
