Job Description

Mixing cocktails, house specialties and preparation of beverages including coffee and juices
Maintain par stock and assist in generating inventory reports
Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages
Up sell drink specials and food items as directed by management
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas at all times
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the manager
Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for Mixing beverages and serving guests
