  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to build long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote banquet services through various channels.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
