Are you a passionate and experienced Banquet / General Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in a prestigious venue? We’re seeking a skilled professional to join the International Club – a premium events and hospitality destination in the heart of Lalitpur, Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all banquet operations at the International Club.
  • Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff and service teams.
  • Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and event planners to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Plan layouts, seating, decor, and cutlery arrangements for diverse events.
  • Negotiate with vendors/suppliers and manage budgets effectively.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and hospitality compliance at all levels.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and special requirements with professionalism.
  • Collaborate across departments (kitchen, engineering, housekeeping, FOH).
  • Maintain high service standards through quality control and team motivation.
