Good knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet, Banking, Insurance and handling documents related to Import and Exports
Good communication skills
Handel work under pressure and dealing office visitor is right way.
Ability to handle phone calls

Job Description

The company is looking for dynamic and hardworking candidates for the position of Banking and Insurance and with some knowledge of Accounts. The job mainly entails the overall processing of the Letter of Credit (LC) and insurance claims and as mentioned above.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

Preparing standard letters for bank, insurance, and government
Preparing and maintaining standard files of various kinds of Letter of Credit (LC ) document etc.
Preparing and maintaining Clearing Agent and Transport file.
Preparing and maintaining standard files of all Insurance premiums file Etc.
Maintaining stock declaration of insurance and regular reconciliation of excess premiums
Negotiating rates with insurance and transport companies for reduction of premiums and Freight.
Others work dipute at requirement of office work.
