Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development, and be passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and provide timely solutions
Work closely with front-end developers to integrate the backend functionality with the user interface
Implement security measures and best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data
Optimize application performance and scalability through proper caching, load balancing, and other techniques
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, and continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and frameworks to improve the development process
Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills and expertise in Java and Spring Boot development
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings
Maintain code quality by writing automated tests, conducting code reviews, and adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
