Job Summary

We are looking for high-energy, result-driven B2B Sales Associates who are closers, not just talkers. Your primary responsibility is to push revenue generation by selling Thulo’s business solutions aggressively. If you love closing deals, pushing urgency, and hitting targets, this is the role for you.

Target: Close at least 20 deals per month.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Growth

  • Make proactive sales calls to potential business customers.
  • Close high-value deals with retailers, wholesalers, and service providers.
  • Follow up aggressively to convert leads into sales.
  • Push urgency – No "Let me think about it" answers!

Sales Team Performance

  • Ensure a daily target of 30+ calls per rep.
  • Track & report all deals in the CRM system.
  • Assist in improving the sales script for higher conversions.
  • Learn & apply objection-handling techniques daily.

Customer Engagement & Business Development

  • Build relationships with business owners and understand their needs.
  • Sell the right plan (NPR 9,000 or NPR 18,000 or NPR 90,000) based on business size.
  • Ensure repeat business by maintaining customer connections.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: NPR 30,000 – 50,000 (Base) + High Commissions
