Job Description

We are seeking a full-Time Business-to-Business Client Engagement Officer to join our team in Kathmandu who values work commitment. As the first point of contact for our organization for B2B Partners, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, client follow ups, supporting conversions, and ensuring smooth communication within and outside the organization. 

You will also be trained in handling our CRM whilst you update and communicate with several key persons and our team members, leading to Career Progression. 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions.

Client Onboarding and Support:

  • Guide new clients through onboarding processes.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of services or products.
  • Provide ongoing support and timely resolution of issues.

Engagement and Retention:

  • Plan and execute engagement strategies to increase conversions.
  • Organize regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Identify risks of churn and take proactive steps to retain clients.

Account Growth and Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional options.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to present new offerings.
  • Help clients understand the value and ROI of products.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work with product, operations, and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help shape service development.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track engagement metrics and prepare client performance reports.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement improvements.
  • Meet Targets.
