Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Australia Counselor / Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide accurate guidance to students seeking to study in Australia, manage the end-to-end admission process, and ensure a smooth application experience. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Australian education systems, visa processes, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on Australian universities, colleges, courses, admission requirements, and career pathways.
Guide students through the complete application process, including documentation, admission forms, and submission deadlines.
Advise on student visa requirements and assist with visa applications in compliance with Australian regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Australian education and immigration policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian education providers.
Manage inquiries from students and parents through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Track and follow up on applications to ensure timely updates to students.
Organize and participate in student recruitment events, seminars, and webinars.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, applications, and conversions.
Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
