Should have working experience of Audit, Compliances, Accounting, Financial Reporting, VAT, Income taxes, corporate laws and interaction with IRD, OCR, NRB, Banks, stock exchange within Nepal.
Managing, Hiring and Monitoring team
Handing all types of multiple engagements at a time in Nepal such as Audit & Compliances: External & Internal Audit, Company & Firm Registration, Income Tax/VAT/Excise/Customs/OCR/Banijya/Gharelu Filing or renewal etc.
Advisories & Consulting: Process Design and System Implementation, Feasibility, Valuation, M &A, IPO, CFO/CEO/MD Advisories, Funding etc.
Identity the potential clients and ensure that you identify which of the suite of our solutions is right for each client
Generate leads and close your own pipeline of business
Approaching and meeting prospective clients and ensuring that one on one meeting with the client is fixed up for better business prospects
Making presentations to the client on Company's business and functioning
Nurturing relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
Grow revenue generation through new and existing clients
Developing relevant business proposals under the guidelines of individual Business Heads
