Responsibilities: 

• Have clear understanding of AV production cycle
• Have strong command in scripting in Nepali 
• Have able to understand AV tools such as camera works, visual graphics, visual editing, colour correction and manipulation 
• Be able to produce audio/visual content with over all understanding of the concepts, theme and issues from creative team
• Have knowledge of digital platforms and able to produce appropriate and optimal content for digital platform 
• Have the ability to mobilize and lead the camera persons, reporters and visual editors 
• Must be able to establish good communication, and have liaison skills for completing the project deliverables.
