ATM Technical Support

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled ATM Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ATM installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting in the field. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide prompt customer support while working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ATM installation, maintenance, and servicing at client locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot ATM-related hardware and software issues.
• Handle customer problem calls/tickets and provide technical assistance to resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate and communicate frequently with customers regarding service updates and issue resolution.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth ATM operations.
• Maintain proper service reports, documentation, and customer records.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and technical support.
• Work collaboratively with internal technical and support teams.
• Respond to emergency service requests when required.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service protocols.
