Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled ATM Field Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ATM installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting in the field. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide prompt customer support while working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform ATM installation, maintenance, and servicing at client locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot ATM-related hardware and software issues.
Handle customer problem calls/tickets and provide technical assistance to resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate and communicate frequently with customers regarding service updates and issue resolution.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth ATM operations.
Maintain proper service reports, documentation, and customer records.
Ensure high-quality customer service and technical support.
Work collaboratively with internal technical and support teams.
Respond to emergency service requests when required.
Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service protocols.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in ATM installation, maintenance, or technical field support is preferred.
Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to work under pressure, after office hours, and on a shift basis when required.
Good motivational and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of networking and hardware systems will be an added advantage.

Other Requirement: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
