Qualification:
BHM with more than 2 years of experience in a similar position in luxury brands with knowledge in Opera and preferably GXP. Assists the EHK in the oversight of the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Laundry. Assists manager in assigning duty shifts, preparing reports concerning room occupancy and department expenses, conducting inspections and necessary corrective actions.
