Work Unit : Genese Cloud Academy
Duties and responsibilities : 

• Conduct IT skills gap analysis
• Support in designing technical manuals using simple language
• Train new employees on proper use of the platforms being used
• Assist in preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings, orientations, and workshops
• Assist in providing orientation and training to different stakeholders as per the requirement of the project
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session
• Ensuring project deadlines are met and workshops are run with quality
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation are effectively maintained for each project
• Support in the documentation of innovative approaches, good practices, challenges, and positive results acquired during the training
• Follow reporting requirements and report to the District Project Officer as required
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Any other job assigned as per program need
