We are currently looking for an Associate Project Manager who can collaborate, motivate and lead a team of developers to ensure each project achieves its goals for budget, scope and schedule. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Work on the specific project assigned to ensure proper coordination and completion of those projects 
• Assist in the development and implementation of the project proposals 
• Outline the budgets for the project assigned and schedule it so as to complete it on the given deadline 
• Compile data and information relevant to the project and assist in the documentation of the proposal, make presentations, etc. 
• Ensure that the project is completed satisfactorily adhering to the requirements mentioned in the contract 
• Constantly monitor and track the progress of the project and maintain all the relevant work details in the form of reports 
• Assess and evaluate the performance of the team and take corrective actions with underperforming employees 
• Be updated with the latest developments in technology and try to implement them to improve and ensure fast completion of the project 
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress 

Skills & Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree Completed in the related field 
• Proven project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum) 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a project manager 
• Familiar with Programming Fundamentals 
• Sound technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies 
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
