Vacancy: Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to project requirements, standards, and best practices, maintaining high standards of software development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of coding experience as a software engineer is required to understand technical root causes, solve problems effectively, and create sprint plans with technical proficiency.
- Able to set the project deadlines and allocate the sprint tasks to the frontend, backend, QA, and design teams.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an Associate Project Manager, leading software development or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies with a strong understanding of front-end development (React js, Next js), backend development (Node js, Nest js), and mobile app development (Flutter) processes is a plus.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills related to coding, and design with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools would be a plus.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or Scrum Master Certification or Relevant Certification would be a plus.
Salary:
- 50k to 80k (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
