Job Description

  • This role will be directly reporting to the Team Lead. 
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the  industry, researching and analyzing sales options. 
  • This role must be capable to work under a specific target. 
  • Focus in selling product and services by establishing contact and developing relationship with  potential customer as in person, and via telephone calls and emails; handle first customer calls or  queries; act as the first line of contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.  
  • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and  recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. ∙ Pass on the customer/ market complaints to the customer engagement department (business  operation) and the customer service and support department. 
  • Analyze current industry trends, market activities and competitors; input as suggestion if any. Market research and analysis on competitor’s product on timely basis. 
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.  ∙ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing task related results as needed.  
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing  professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art  practice’s; participating in professional societies. 
  • Record sales and order information and sending copies to the concerned person, section or  department. 
  • Prepare and provide monthly/quarterly/annual report to concerned supervisor including data on  sales funneling. 
  • Product sales to the new and existing customers. 
  • Administrative work, as required
