Job Description

This role will be directly reporting to the Team Lead.
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
This role must be capable to work under a specific target.
Focus in selling product and services by establishing contact and developing relationship with potential customer as in person, and via telephone calls and emails; handle first customer calls or queries; act as the first line of contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. ∙ Pass on the customer/ market complaints to the customer engagement department (business operation) and the customer service and support department.
Analyze current industry trends, market activities and competitors; input as suggestion if any. Market research and analysis on competitor’s product on timely basis.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. ∙ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing task related results as needed.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practice’s; participating in professional societies.
Record sales and order information and sending copies to the concerned person, section or department.
Prepare and provide monthly/quarterly/annual report to concerned supervisor including data on sales funneling.
Product sales to the new and existing customers.
Administrative work, as required
