Primary Duties:

• Coordinating between the Broker and Sales team and planning appropriate training. 
• Maintaining and leading team engagement between multiple teams. 
• Building a team by being in charge of hiring,  onboarding, and training new team members and Conducting monthly KPIs / Performance reviews of direct reports. Liaising with all other departments.
• Seeking solutions for challenges faced by the team and streamlining the process.
• Monitoring the inbox and delegation of leads. 
• Assist in monthly report generation and communication. 
• Continuous coaching regarding sales calls, email communication, mortgage industry, Australian culture to the team.
• Develop the people to facilitate other parts of the Mortgage & outsourcing division. 
• Assist to streamline the process for different shifts by coming up with ideas and removing waste.
