Cedar Gate Services is looking for an Associate IT (Information Technology) Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Associate IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the company’s computer network, monitoring one or more system(s), and supporting the software and hardware requirements. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The IT Engineer will work as a part of the infrastructure team and report to the IT Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor the cloud infrastructure and solve any issues.
• Research, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of a problem and communicate it with stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor and implement patches to vulnerable infrastructure based on security guidelines and procedures.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automation of cloud operation tools.
• Produce and maintain technical documents.
• Improve operations by conducting systems audit and implementing organization-defined policies and procedures within the infrastructure.
