Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Law and Legal Practitioner's, License issued by Nepal Bar Council

Minimum Experience:

Three (3) years’ work experience in the dispute settlement practice

Job Responsibilities:

S/he will work as a member of the Dispute Settlement Department. Key tasks include:

Drafting court/arbitration related documents, representing the clients before judicial, quasi-judicial and arbitration tribunals,
Advising the clients on the procedures related to dispute settlement and such other works as assigned from time to time.
