Job Description

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships 
  • Supervises Sales managers.
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.
  • Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
  • Creating reports on sales performance
  • Update action plans and financial objectives.
  •  Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Attend all department meetings, hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.
  • Achieving sales growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Analyzing sales statistics/ trends 
  • Able to provide trainings and lead Sales team

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience of minimum 4 to 5 years in a senior role in Hospitality
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and management
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
